In case of advance payment being made for the walks and the customers not being able to participate due to events beyond their control e.g. weather, illness, traffic then a full refund will be provided. In case of cancellation of the walk for other reasons, a 50% refund will be provided as long as there is 24 hours notice. In case of last minute cancellations without a bonafide reason, no refund will be provided.
